Lot Purchase Associated Expenses

  1. Elevation Survey fees ~ $1,100.00
  2. Residential Building Inspection Fees ~ $1,100.00 (based on construction value)
  3. ISC Land title transfer fees ~ $350.00
  4. Curb Deposit $1000.00 (refunded upon completion of build)
  5. Village of Muenster Water Meter and Puck -No Charge.
  6. Installation of Water Meter and Puck. ~$200.00 You may contract a certified plumber to install the meter and puck. You can obtain the meter and puck from Village (no charge for the hardware, only cost to you is the installation. Village owns the water meter even after it is installed.)
  7. Municipal and School Taxes are issued June 1 and due by Dec 31 annually.
  8. Top soil infill – if Village has a stockpile of top soil residents may access the pile for free to fill in their lots. The cost of hauling the topsoil is at the expense of the home owner.
