Municipal Budget
When preparing the operating and capital budgets, the Village of Muenster carefully considers the level of service provided to residents and businesses, sustainable growth challenges, capital replacement needs, new asset investments, and long-term reserve planning. Council priorities and taxpayers’ ability to fund services are also key factors in the budgeting process.
